Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (info@enbiosis.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Special Notes

If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation regarding the financing. If the loan has already accrued to us when the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender shall enter into our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you concerning the legal consequences of the withdrawal or the return. The latter does not apply if the present contract involves the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives). If you wish to avoid a contractual commitment as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal for it.

RETURNS AFTER WITHDRAWAL AND IN CASE OF COMPLAINTS

Please note the following general instructions for returns:

Clarification: Compliance with these instructions is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal according to the "Right of Withdrawal" section.

Please avoid damage or contamination of the goods. If possible, the goods should be returned to the seller in their original packaging with all accessories. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please use other suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to damage caused by defective packaging.

  • Returns are always made at your own expense and must be received within 14 days.

  • Please note that we can only refund unopened products!

  • Should your order include free products, we ask that you return these as well in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price. If you keep parts of the products, we can only issue a partial refund.

Returns in case of complaints: If items are damaged or have other defects, you can, of course, submit a complaint. Please contact our customer service (info@enbiosis.com) using your order number. Please register your return via our returns portal.
